Preserva were the most professional, friendly and responsive company that I dealt with when looking for damp proofing for our 1930s home. Danny came here for the original report and the process at this stage was by far the best we got from any of the companies we spoke with. We had 2 rooms done mainly, some walls just damp proof course and some walls with higher damp issues that needed membrane to 1m or full height of the wall. Preserva were the only company to offer the package that I wanted with both injected DPC and membrane, others quoted one or the other which I didn't believe will be effective Once we agreed, Danny was great again when we changed the scope slightly prior to the arrival of the 2 guys doing the work The guys that came for the 2 days work were efficient, friendly and most of all professional. They cleaned up really well behind themselves, and were done in a timely manner I would 100% recommend this company

Highly recommend the Preserva team. Thorough, professional, polite and great quality. Engaged their services for the conversion of cellar space in Victorian property - great, clear and honest advice from initial quote and throughout. Project managed expertly by Simon Vaughan who kept me informed of progress each day, accommodated some minor changes of mind (on my part!) without fuss and always happy to go the extra mile. The whole team were friendly, polite and professional throughout and I was super impressed with how diligently they ensured the access through the house was clean and useable at the end of each day - a really appreciated bit of extra diligence given 2 small children in the house! Job completed in budget, on time and to fantastic standard - we are really enjoying the extra space it has created and couldn't be happier. Thanks to all involved!
