Turned up promptly to fit shower and was extremely helpful and polite. Such a refreshing change to find someone polite and reliable who does good work at a fair price. We agreed an appointment time before hand and Ben the engineer turned up about five minutes early. He repaired the faulty boiler straight away, corrected the problematic radiator valve and only charged the very reasonable call out charge.
