Price Partnership is regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, a professional body that represents everything to do with land, property and construction. Price Partnership specialises in four disciplines:

Surveying residential and commercial property to establish its structure and condition. Our clients are buyers of commercial premises and private homes that need a survey to establish what they may be committing themselves to.

Valuations for all purposes, we act for buyers, sellers, mortgage and insurance companies, banks and solicitors. We value property in cases of divorce and probate. Sometimes we act for people who are being investigated by HM Revenue & Customs. We value leaseholds and advise on the cost of lease extension and freehold enfranchisement in accordance with the Leasehold Reform Housing & Urban Development Act 1993.

Party wall legislation. We are Party Wall specialists. This is relevant when home extensions or alterations are involved and the walls between properties could be affected. We ensure compliance with the Party Wall etc. Act 1996.

Expert Witness. We act as expert witnesses when there is a dispute between owners, shareholders, partnerships or between landlords and tenant. Typical cases are property valuations, divorce, insolvency and other property litigation.
