Drue Barron1 StarWorked for this company and I would highly recommend that no one use them. Corners cut all the time. The owner is clueless and doesn’t have a clue. The “contracts manager” if you wish to call him that is also clueless and tries to overcharge people. They have a policy of £160 plus VAT for any job and that job could take literally 2 minutes and that’s their charge which is a rip off. They scrimp on materials using the cheapest of the cheap and they ask their employees to cut as many corners as they can. Overall and in all honesty stay clear. It states on their website that they have over 25 years experience the owner bought the company over a lot less than that and as stated he don’t have a clue. Graham Kerr1 StarWould avoid this company. Cut corners with fitting dry-verge last year that then blew off couple of weeks back (albeit in high winds). Refused to accept it was installed wrongly and correct the issue. also stated that since it had been installed 13 months previously there was no valid guarantee. Then said they would do it for materials costs and then never heard back from them as promised.
2 other independent roofers also said it had been installed wrongly. Prime took offence to this and avoided the issue to fit correctly. Contract manager came round to argue the toss but then never actually looked at the incorrect installation and admitted on phone he never looked at it.Tuesday 15th February 2022
Scott McGinlay1 StarI wont attempt to judge the quality of roofing works conducted by this firm as I am not knowledgable enough to give a legitimate opinion, however all other aspects of my experience with them were poor. I found them at best extremely unreliable and disorganised, and at worst just plain dishonest. Communications throughout the job were non existent, and ultimately evasive when tougher questons were asked. The firm would deliberately avoid written exchange with me discussing dates to prevent any traceability to their promises. I recommend looking elsewhere for a roofer - I foud the owner to be disingenuous and insincere.Tuesday 25th May 2021
