Employed Principle Energy Solutions to undertake investigative work following receiving a letter from the water supplier highlighting a suspected water leak at my property. The plumber arrived and explained what investigations would done and carried them out. Upon discovering the issue provided me a report to be sent to the water supplier. In summary, I can recommend this firm as the service I received was efficient and professional.

Karl came at short notice to diagnose my failed old boiler, this turned out to be uneconomical to repair so he sourced and fitted a new vaillant boiler with a 10 year warranty, quickly and efficiently and got my house warm again in no time. He was very professional ,kept me up to date with the process at all times and was very tidy. will definitely use him again.

Complete bathroom refit. Removal of old bathroom, plastering, tiling, electrics, and decorating. Sourcing and installation of shower, cubicle, jacuzzi, floating toilet, basin, extractor, mirror, radiator and underfloor heating. I would highly recommend Karl (excellent project manager ... not easy in lockdown) and his team, who were all very professional and tidy. I am very pleased with their high standard of workmanship and the amazing finish.

Karl did a fantastic job of the plumbing installations throughout my house renovation. Everything was stripped out with new boiler, piping and radiators fitted. The most amazing part was the installation of the underfloor heating throughout the ground floor (I think there might even be a time-lapse video of the installation somewhere...). Karl takes you through the project at every stage and is really helpful in recommending what is right for your property and how you will use it. A year in and his recommendations have been spot on. His work is meticulous and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him.
