Ceri D5 StarIn 2012 Pritchard Wilmott produced a very thorough and detailed report which enabled our house sale to proceed. They are a local firm with a wealth of local and historic knowledge to draw up. For example they cited aerial photographs from World War 2 to help date construction, and already knew the history of local council repairs and rebuilds in the area.
