Proactive Plumbing Solutions was set up by Stuart Woolley. Stuart has over 20 years’ experience in the building trade; 15 of those as a qualified plumbing and heating engineer.
Stuart has worked on a wide variety of projects, from repairing small leaks to engineering complex heating and hot water systems. He prides himself on quality of work and has an extremely good reputation amongst clients and co-workers alike. Chris Chileshe5 StarWe asked Stu to do our cloakroom after viewing his workmanship at our neighbours'. The task was a complete refurbishment of our cloakroom and we had everything except the door replaced. The finished result was amazing and much better than we dared hope. Off the back of this excellent work, we invited Stu to do our bathroom and once again he did an amazing job.
Stu is exceptionally hardworking, always on time, excellent communicator, exudes professionalism in his attitude, is courteous and respectful, has excellent technical skills and an incredible eye for detail, settling for nothing less than perfect. It is worth pointing out that whilst Proactive Plumbing Solutions may have plumbing as their core business, Stu is in fact an excellent - repeat - excellent decorator as well and his tiling work in both our cloakroom and main bathroom was nothing short of awesome! Irene Young5 StarStu gave us a price to fit a waste disposal unit which we accepted. He arrived on time and did a superb job. He cleaned up after doing the work and could not be faulted either in his work or work ethic. We were so impressed we are now waiting for a quote for a bathroom refurbishment. Marcus Ward5 StarStu has serviced our boiler for the last few years and always does an excellent job. He’s tidy, courteous and efficient and obviously knows his stuff.
Recently, Stu pointed out to us that a part that needed replacing on our boiler was under warranty and provided us with the relevant details we needed to contact the manufacturer.
Stu has also replaced a radiator for us as well as a few other jobs.

My central heating and new boiler was installed within the time frame promised and the work was very tidy.
