Susan West1 StarProfessional House Surveys failed to notice a serious damp issue in the house I have just purchased despite the person who came to measure up from a high street flooring store noticing straight away that there were black patches on the lino due to black mould growing underneath. The damp readings were off the scale. The same black patches on the lino are visible in the photograph that the surveyor took of the kitchen. Professional House Surveys couldn't re-inspect immediately and then had the cheek to tell me that they couldn't find any damp, completely ignoring the fact that my insurance company had provided large scale dehumidifiers that ran 24 hours a day for 2 weeks to dry the floor out. I'd give Professional House Surveys minus five stars if I could as I am allergic to black mould so my eyes and nose run every time I enter my utility room so I wouldn't have bought the house if I'd known about the damp.Monday 14th February 2022

Adam Walker5 StarFirst time buyers and needed a survey doing to make sure the house was all okay. I spoke with Sarah who booked the survey in no problem for us. She was very helpful with advising what service we would need and booked us in with Kelly. I asked Kelly to call me when she had left the property to let me know the verdict briefly whilst I waited for the report. She did so and explained everything to me very swiftly. Survey came through by the end of the next day. Can't recommend enough, thanks!Monday 16th April 2018
