Gary Winn at Progression Architects Ltd recently acted for us as our Party Wall Surveyor. He took care of everything, from serving the notices, responding to the queries and requests of our neighbours, through to the survey and issuing of the Award. He was extremely professional and thorough throughout the process and made it as easy as possible for us. He also got everything done very quickly and was great at communicating with us as we went along. Gary has drawn up five impressive schemes for us over a number of years. Everything from a double garage, kitchen extension, internal re-modelling and a house rebuild; to a new build development. We always seem to bring Gary tricky projects but he never fails to come up with inspirational solutions which not only transform the way we use the space but which enhance the building enormously. Gary has always ensured that the planning process is smooth and stress free and most importantly and refreshingly, he always takes the time to create stunning schemes that accomplish exactly what we are trying to achieve, whether it has been recreating a country cottage; a sympathetic extension or a contemporary development.

They are very easy to work with and bought new thinking and design too our project.
