They have been very proactive to get the matters resolved (sometimes responding in the evenings and weekends). They even had a chat with our next door neighbours to explain them the works and the process and so helped us tremendously to get the agreements done without delay!

Originally we wanted to serve the notices ourselves but we did them incorrectly, we then got in touch with Borja and he served the correct Notices, carried out a Schedule of Condition on next doors property and agreed and Award. We are so thankful to his honesty and how quickly and efficiently he works. The presentation of his work is sublime and he has been very approachable and professional! We would have no hesitation about recommending his company.
