I knew after the amazing job he did the first time many many years ago I wanted him to do our refit! He is honest, reliable and his attention to detail is impeccable. His communication is spot on and he always turns up when he says he will. He is happy to talk through your ideas and guide you on whether it would work and sizes etc so that collaboratively the result is exactly what you envisaged (if not better). As we only have 1 WC in the house Matt made sure that the work was done so that we could still go about our day to day life without moving out and the turn around was very efficient and well organised even when he came across rotten floorboards; he was proactive and sorted them out for us. Ben Roberts5 StarWe recently contacted Pro Heat to install a new boiler for us as our boiler was very old and had seen better days. The process was smooth and although the boiler was located in a tricky area of the home this wasn’t a problem at all. Matt arrived at our property very prompt and worked solid for near 12 hours to ensure that he left with everything up and running. Couldn’t fault his work ethic! Matt located the problem & gave us the options of repair or to have a new boiler & the price of both options. As our boiler was old we decided to have a new boiler installed. When the work was done we were extremely pleased & Matt cleared up after the work & went through the workings of the boiler control panel.
