I found Proterior via Google and asked them for a quote. Shane was clear and transparent throughout and helped me to understand my options whilst sticking within our fixed budget. When our booked time came, all on site were incredibly polite and respectful and I was kept updated throughout with Shane ensuring we were part of the decision making process. I am delighted with what they have done especially considering our new build garden presented them with several challenges! Highly recommended.

I can’t recommend these guys enough. From the initial design stage through to the work being completed in a timely manner I have been impressed. They cleaned up after every day and were a pleasure to have working at my house. They turned a very tired garden into a space where we want to spend time as a family and something that we are proud of and want to show off. Thank you guys.

I recently had a driveway clean from Proterior and from booking to completion it was excellent service. Great communication from Shane (hard to come by a lot of the time), booked me in as soon as he possibly could and turned up when expected (again hard to come by) The job itself was carried out very well and very quickly, did everything to make sure we would be happy with the outcome. Our drive looks amazing and we will definitely be using proterior for our upcoming plans to renovate both front and back gardens!!

The Proterior team were simply fantastic from start to finish. I ran through the work I wanted completed with Shane during a site visit, which was all very straight forward, we discussed options - some of my requirements were quite clear others weren’t. Shane and I discussed the options and agreed a plan. I didn’t feel pressured into decisions at any point, it felt quite collaborative. Shane provided a clearly laid out quote, easy to follow and understand - no hidden extras or such like. A start date was agreed, along with an indicative duration to complete the work. Shane and the team (Jobe, Cal and Dom) arrived on the agreed date, on time, and we ran through the planned work together and off they went. I was impressed with the work rate, they made a huge dent in the work quickly, efficiently and with minimal fuss. I was working from home during the work, the team knew where to find me and when needed, I was on hand to answer any queries - but they were respectful of the fact that I might not be available immediately. I would 100% recommend Proterior, I was keen to support a local company, with a great reputation, transparent about previous work, fully registered and insured and excellent workmanship - which is what I got with Proterior, along with a throughly professional team.
