Spent nearly 3 thousand pound there. Was promised to receive best quality product. They sent us cheap replacement which we could buy online for half of the price but this is not all. Valve was wrong , mirror was faulty and they sent us smaller size of the shower head. Very disappointed . Don't buy there

Paid for best quality products and received poor Chinese stuff. One of the items was faulty the other was different size. They decide to sent something else without even informing me. Very unhappy. Wouldn't recommend this shop to anybody

Bought a full bathroom suite upstairs and downstairs EX display as they show you everything is nice as thats why i purchased it right? What they dont explain is that they sell poor quality bathrooms they do say its all under warranty from manufactors but only to take your money. Im very dissapointed with these guys as i put my trust in them only to have paid £2200 for not just one bathroom but 2 bathrooms in my house which il need to redo all over again. I bought the bathroom sets which both have led mirrors the led looks like theres condensation building up inside it after 6 months. The wooden bath panels and the mirror have the paint flaking off in every angle. When i first made the complaint they argued my builders have damaged it FALSE. Iv been living back at my house 6 months now and all im noticing is the paints peeling and cracking off all the units which was sold to me. This is not quality and its not acceptable as a company to even sell such poor quality sets. My sink basin is leaking water my bath was leaking water but then when i went in store i PAID yes i Paid them again and bought a new drainage to stop the leak and got it fitted because the lock got jammed for the one i was supplied when i put the bath on couldnt release the water pulled it and it snapped. Now both bathrooms the basins are leaking water which iv had enough now and thought i wont go in and make the complain il leave a review here for others to be aware of as they wont help you in store as they will either blame the customer or manufactors and wont take no responsability for it.

Excellent service , Would highly Recommend to anyone who is looking for new Bathroom Suite, The staff were absolutely brilliant and prices were so fair. I have been to many places but there service was so professional. Really Happy I came to Pure Bathrooms.
