New boiler & heater pump fitted. Great communication at all stages of the project, fantastic service and a fair price. Ash did a great job, was very professional, knowledgeable and tidy. All work completed to a great standard and explained everything well. Would definitely recommend and use this company again. Thanks for your prompt turnaround when our boiler died!

I found Lee and Dec absolutely brilliant. Polite, professional, thoughtful, tidy and Lee is so knowledgeable. Their work is outstanding. They kept me informed at every stage and listened to my thoughts and preferences. Converting our home to a combi was a very significant project needing major changes to our plumbing but it was all done calmly and with a passion to deliver the best possible outcomes. The finished product is outstanding and works so much better than before. It feels really futureproof. Simon's communication was great, from the quote right up to the start of work. Thank you so much. It has been a pleasure and I have to admit that I was dreading it, being such a big job!

The engineer arrived on time and was clean and tidy and professional and courteous. Although easily pleased, my time is precious and costly if I am messed around. Pure Gas have earned a good review and I would recommend their services. Thank you Simon and team.

We were very happy with the service when the boiler was fitted in 2020; however we have been disappointed with the follow-up service. We had an existing service plan in place with another provider, who had advised they would be in touch shortly, to book an appointment. So when I received a phone call to say your service is due today and can we come this afternoon, I assumed it was my service plan provider. As such, I was rather shocked to receive an invoice for £84 afterwards! After querying this with a rather shirty lady in the showroom, who basically said it was all my fault for not telling her I had a service plan in place, it has been paid. However I would suggest when they call to book, they make it clear they are the company who installed the boiler and it will cost £84 as this was not mentioned when booking. Customer service lessons needed!
