Pure are trying to charge us for a visit from one of their employees to provide a quote, without any communication nor agreement prior to the visit that they would charge a fee. Once in our home, the employee refused to open the electric shower, and said that it was company policy to not do repairs, only installing new ones. Then he stated in the invoice that we rejected the job without receiving the quote, when in reality he did tell us a price for a direct shower swap, and it was insultingly expensive. It seems like he did not want to do a small-ish job, tried to overcharge us, and now on top of that Pure want to make us pay for the visit itself. They have contacted us twice asking us to pay. I have called them and emailed twice trying to get in writing that the invoice is null, with no success so far. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I recommend going with Rob from Aspire Plumbing 100%

Definitely recommend Pure service. The engineer, Cameron, who came to my house to provide HIU service did a great job. He is passionate about his work and is very willing to answer all questions from me.

We had a visit from a Pure & Heating engineer for our yearly service, he has been very professional and we were happy with his service. In his visit he highlighted that our boiler need to be replaced and we agreed with him. He promised us that the office will send us a quote within a couple of working days. Almost two weeks has passed and we are still waiting even if I have already request a quote a couple of times.

cannot be faulted. The service on our boiler was carried out efficiently by their engineer, Geoff. He provided me with details of potential problems going forward and suggestions as to how these could best be addressed using language a layman like me could easily understand. Pure installed my new bathroom eighteen months ago so i expected a high quality service again. I was not disappointed.
