Discovered Puzzle Kitchens and Raj online and was sold on the virtual reality design. It really helped us visualise the space and colours we wanted. Raj was brilliant throughout the process from design to changes, advice on other elements of the whole project. Very responsive throughout, aligned with our builders timescales and just a thorough professional, clearly passionate about the job. The product itself is excellent quality, a cut above your standard high street brands and this is writing a review 6 months after installation. Thanks Raj for giving us an amazing kitchen! Recommend Puzzle Kitchens for anyone looking for a new kitchen.

Rajan was recommended to me by my cousin based on her experience of cost, service and quality. I was buying my first kitchen and had little experience but Rajan made the whole thing so easy. He considered my budget and sourced all of my appliances. I told him my priorities and he really listened. Puzzle kitchens was a one stop shop for me. I am really happy.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Buying a new kitchen is a big investment and can be stressful but Rajan took all the worry away. A seamless service from start to finish. The right balance of guidance and allowing us to work out what we wanted for ourselves. The fully immersive 3D designs really were a USP - much more valuable that the offerings from Wren etc. We also noticed that nothing was too much trouble and there was ongoing communication when we needed it. Great quality and finish!

We found Puzzle Kitchens after a bad experience with Wren (they were just too pushy, and after the initial design meeting offered little except trying to push us into an immediate purchasing decision, clearly so end of month sales targets could be met. I also found the sales element of Wren’s design process long-winded and contrived with a pointless mini-demonstration comparing its prices with the other big kitchen providers). It’s been a completely different experience with Rajan. He’s offered us advice at each stage of the process, from design, with practical solutions and alternatives provided on every element, to after-sales care and liaising with the builder. The software used was excellent (I was surprised it was so much better than Wren’s) with VR glasses sent in the post so I could view the 3D design in VR from my mobile. I’ve never felt rushed or pressured into making a decision quickly, for what is such an important purchase. As with most big projects, there have been many changes along the way, from incorrect architectural drawings to the practicalities of the onsite project, and Rajan has been so accommodating. I’m so relieved I didn’t go with any of the high street providers as I know I would never have got such a personalised service from any of them - to help me design the kitchen of my dreams - and I can’t recommend Puzzle Kitchens enough.

“Rajan at puzzle was very helpful with lots of ideas and suggestions for style and layout, what interested me in approaching them in particular was their use of virtual reality and how it works. It is a total game changer I was literally able to stand in my garden where the extension will go and visualise exactly how my kitchen will look! Definitely recommend Rajan and the technology they offer!”
