At first the company appeared very professional.... by the end, a complete nightmare. The electrician they sent did an awful job, and I seriously have my doubts whether he was even qualified. It is my fault for not asking for ID, and I was a fool to trust Quality (what a joke) Kitchens. The carpenter they sent did such a bad job, that they had to send another carpenter who could not believe what an awful job the first carpenter had done. But the worst was yet to come ... they sent a plasterer to fit the receiver back onto the wall. He did not bother screwing the unit back on and instead put silicone around the receiver and left (photos attached). This then caused a short circuit, so the central heating and hot water stopped working. I let them know and they said the fault must have been there previously. I could not believe they were not taking responsibility. I called another electrician to take a look and he was so disgusted with their work and said the short circuit which was caused by their below standard work could have seriously put me and my father at risk. This is why I am writing this review. The electrician was shocked as to how bad a job they had done. And today my oven has stopped working. When I put on the cooker switch all the lights on my dishwasher come on! All these appliances were installed by Quality Kitchens. Ask yourself why their own website has no reviews. At no point did they take responsibility, or apologise for any of their awful work. I have not even mentioned the bolt left in the back of my washing machine and the awaful way they fit my shlef (photos attached)! I could never recommend this company to anyone.
