We had toilet leakage through the ceiling late in the evening which Hannah effectively identified through video call. They were able to come out promptly and confirm the cistern had a crack in it. Hannah and Gav gave excellent advice about which replacement toilet would be suitable in our small space and were able to come back and fit it within 48hours. Friendly, personable and efficient service. Were both super courteous in our house- taking off their shoes and washing up tea mugs- and left no mess. Wouldn’t hesitate to call them again

Hannah & Gav installed a kitchen and a couple of radiators for me. I can't recommend them enough. Honest, friendly and paying attention to detail that you don't often find. I would def get them back in if I needed a plumber. Lovely people.

Having spoken with the plumbers we were taken in to believe they were skilled and professional to install new bathroom suite . This was our mistake not to have asked for customer reviews / testimonials . It cost us money and time to get their work rectified and finished on schedule. Other trades working alongside refused to work with the plumbers again as there incompetence and behavior cost them also time and money . In conclusion I would and cannot recommend these plumbers to install bathroom suite .
