OMG these guys where AMAZING!! Best tradesman ive ever had in, they where so professional, friendly and easy to work with. The work was done ahead of time which saved me cash which they amended the initial quote to reflect which was great, they worked with my taste on taps and getting me a good deal as well as really well done installation. Honestly i can not recommend them enough, they will be my go to service, Thanks SO much :) From start to finish the service we received was professional and excellent, you get a text when he’s on the way and you can even track how far he is. Our drain was very blocked, we had absolutely no idea what to do. Not only did the owner of the company go above and beyond, spending hours making sure the drain was spotless but he also provided a detailed report so we can pass it along to our landlord. He also left the garden nice and clean. Price was good, no extra charges and although we are sure we won’t need our drain doing again we will certainly be using them for other services in the near future. Can’t recommend enough, thanks for everything. Highly recommend! We called Quick Drains out today as we had a drain blockage. They were very informative over the phone and the guys who came out we're very friendly and really professional. Great professional service. Very quick to respond to my emergency. Same day call out, within the hour. No messing about by these lads.They gave me good advice on maintaining my drainage pipes, and also what initially caused the problems of blockage in the first place. Extremely good at what they do. Very quick response, they were there within 30 minutes. Very honest with the work needed and gave us a fixed price for the work even though they needed to return the next day to complete part of the job. The lads that came out were lovely, down to earth and made it clear what they were doing and why it needed doing. Very good job done and would highly recommend.

Update on my recent post: I recently left a negative review, however it’s only fair to update it as Gary has helped put things right. Although we have decided to go with a refund as we no longer need the service, Gary has taken on the feedback and is helping improve the experience across his team. Also since dealing with Gary, I understand the service I received does not reflect how the business operates. The reviews from other customers also echos the fact these guys do pride the work they carry out so on that basis I will give these guys a go in future should I need the service/s. 👍🏽

These guys are great! Highly professional, incredibly knowledgeable and they sorted the drain issue out very quickly, and with very little fuss! The final cost was as quoted on the phone, and they also offered advise on what to look out for if the problem should happen again, and how it could be solved! Highly recommended! 5*
