Phil has been responsive, informative and very helpful through all of our exchanges. I asked Phil to conduct a survey on a Victorian house I'm hoping to buy and he provided me with a full and comprehensive report with specific and useful recommendations. We also had a follow-up phone call where Phil was able to answer some of my more specific questions from the report. The survey was provided quickly, and was super detailed and provided everything I needed to make an informed decision on the house purchase.
