Richard guided me through getting the valuation through both target and dealing with the mortgage company. Laura Houghton5 StarI rarely write reviews. I have to say though, throughout the process of selling our house we have had a few issues here and there. Dealing with this company has restored our faith in what excellent customer service is and it still exists !! Both Tracy and Richard have been outstanding throughout. We had an appointment quicker than with other companies, the price is extremely competitive and we received the valuation promptly following the visit. We have since had an issue with an extension on the valuation needing to be done and this was turned round incredibly quickly that has now prevented a completion date having to be moved. I cannot recommend this company enough. They know how to treat their clients and go over and above to make the whole process as smooth as possible Thank you so muchThursday 18th March 2021

Tracey and Richard are experts in the process and offered clear guidance on how to proceed, you really are in safe hands with R J Harmer!
