When we moved into our new house, Richard and Ben turned the rundown outbuilding in our garden into a fully-functioning and beautifully presented utility/wash room (see pics), completing the following jobs along the way: - Plasterboard walls, with insulation - Screeded floor and installed cap and cove flooring - Plumbed in new toilet and sink, complete with hot water - Installed two work surfaces - Installed replacement door and window - Corrected and concealed the previously exposed wiring - Installed a new floodlight on the outside of the building - Painted the outer walls The room has completely changed the complexion of our entire property, allowing us much more space inside the house itself and giving us a purpose-built space to carry out laundry and other cleaning. The job was completed over the course of one week and we could not be happier with it. A few weeks later, Richard returned with Ben to help us hang some fixtures that we were struggling to install inside the house ourselves due to the thick, stone walls of the property. They treated these small jobs with just as much professionalism as they did the renovated building , and we were once again very, very happy with the result. Highly recommended!

We used RM Facilities Management to completely renovate our cottage recently and Richard and his team were fantastic! They have carried out the following works including; Assisting with kitchen design/ full strip out of existing kitchen and bathroom/ Full installation of a kitchen and bathroom/ Tiling in Kitchen and bathroom/ installing a raised floor/ lay new flooring/ fit new oak doors/ fit new skirting/ plumbing and electrical works too. Richards communication has been second to none and I have found his timekeeping and cleanliness whilst working to also be faultless. We were thrilled with the works and I would not hesitate In recommending RM Facilities Management to anyone looking to have works done and we will 100% use them should the need arise in the future

We have used Richard 3 times now. Installing a complete bathroom to replace a dated one, installing a new en suite from scratch and installing an en suite to replace a dated one. Due to the nature of the house and it's construction they have all been difficult jobs. The house is 340 years old with solid stone walls and low ceilings so nothing modern really fits. Every time this has resulted in unforseen issues which Richard had handled effortlessly and no problem has been to difficult/too much for him including him driving for an hour to get us more tiles when one of the delivered boxes was smashed. Every time we have been really pleased with the finish and the speed in which he completes the job. The latest job included moving electrical control boxes, a full en suite install, removal of all radiators and pipework and a couple of electrical jobs which is very handy all completed in 4 days.
