Under new regulations that came into effect on October 1st 2008, an extension or addition to your home may be a permitted development, not requiring an application for planning permission, subject to some limits and conditions. Refurbishments and Conversions: RN Builders  work closely with clients to design the ideal home or business surroundings. From a complete refurbishment to creating a new room from an unused garage or out building, whatever your preference, RN Builders can make it happen, turning your dreams into reality. Building Renovations: Are you restoring a building or renovating a listed property? If so, we would be delighted to discuss your renovation project and how we could assist you. We work closely with conservation officers, planning departments and building control inspectors who regulate the refurbishment of ancient buildings.  We take care to ensure that materials used throughout the restoration, preserve the character and integrity of the building.  Our  knowledge, contacts and sources ensure we are able to work with you, advising on all detail from initial ideas through to approved plans. Garden Walls and Patios: We know how important your garden is to you. You may know exactly how you want it to look. If so, that's great – we will work to your plans. If you're less sure of what you want, we'll are happy to discuss potential designs with you. Whatever you decide, we want you to be totally happy before any construction begins. What about installing a beautiful patio area. With the minimum of maintenance it will look attractive all year round, and stay that way for years to come.
