Jai was prompt in arriving when he said he would. Excellent communication in calling when he was on his way. I was booked in for a boiler service and he was very efficient in his work. He asked questions about my while heating system to make sure I wasn’t having any issues anywhere. He’s very friendly and talks through what he’s doing so you understand exactly what he’s doing and why. I’m thoroughly happy with the service I received and I won’t hesitate to call him for any work I need doing in the future

We needed the radiator fixing in the annexe as it wasn’t even getting warm. We didn’t want the in-laws freezing during the winter and Anderson and Randle were recommended by a couple of people. They were very responsive on the telephone and answered all of my questions fully. They were competitively priced and were flexible in terms of when they could come and do the work. I couldn’t recommend this company highly enough. I’ll definitely be using them in the future.

Just perfect. This is the company you are looking for. I have had many, many tradespeople in my home over the last 10 months. You never know what exactly you will end up with. This company is a breath of fresh air. You have restored my faith in quality and also at a reasonable price. They turned up on time and listened to every single concern I had. It is a no brainer to recommend this company to all and everyone. I had 3 radiators replaced. One of which was a crazy heavy designer radiator. Nothing was too much trouble. Thanks all. Huge thank you to the team for getting us hot water & heating again! My boiler stopped working, Karl came as soon as he could the next day. As it couldn’t be fixed they advised me on the best replacement. A few days later Jai & Ryan returned to remove the old system & fit a brand new one! Very professional throughout & would definitely recommend! Can’t wait for them to fit my bathroom. Thanks again
