Superb service from Kingsley. He came to Manchester, we discussed a kitchen to fit my kitchen area, style and price. He had to pause the project as the electrician was going to be delayed. I had a 2 day window to install the kitchen in the flat and on 1 day notice he was able to fit me in for a new installation date. Incredible achievement and service among a sea of other amateur kitchen fitters. The kitchen came on time and John's team were able to fit the new kitchen with Formula 1 style speed and efficiency. There was an issue with the sink which was very Rapidly resolved on the day without losing any time. If I could give Rapid kitchens 10 stars it would still not be enough. Keep up the Incredible work guys!!!

I'VE had Rapid kitchens out to design our kitchen. The day after they left the cooker hood fell down as I w as cooking dinner. Jon the fitter came back and secured it. 4 months after installation one of the cupboards completely fell off the wall and smashed on the floor. It missed my husband and a guest who was in the kitchen at the time. When we contacted Rapid their initial verbal response was that because it was a sealed cabinet over a gas boiler and no space was left it possibly expanded and burst. This was down to the fitter Jon from Horizon property developments. The following day we got this response from Rapid: "Hi Gary, the walls will need to be sorted before we can rehang the unit. The fitting is guaranteed for 3 month, it's been more than 3 months since we installed the kitchen. We charge £200 to come out to rehang the unit". Be aware and very careful as it could have been a different situation had this unit had hit someone.

Would've given it 5 stars because the quality is really good and price is the best in town! ...but the measurements weren't correct and the extraction hob wasn't aligned with the tunnel, and now the new extractor hob is practically useless. The old extractor hose was just left hanging next to the new hob, and now all the smell and humid air in the kitchen has nowhere to go, we have to stay with the window open, which is inconvenient at -2°C to say the least...

Absolutely made up with Rapid Kitchens, was promised fitting 14th November and the full kitchen from scratch was finished in 1 day, we looked around and had prices from various other firms, and Rapid was so much cheaper, but the quality is second to none, thanks Kingsley and the team. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Best Regards Wayne.
