Would not recommend them for sure. The report was so general that I paid something for nothing... it highlighted the cracking on my living room ceiling, although the main bedroom ceiling, which was much more severe but not mentioned at all until at later stage that we noted it ourselves. But it was after all the painting and ceiling cornice work was done and we had to have all redone, costing thousands. When I raised the complaint to the company, they found all reasons to eliminate themselves from responsibility, and suggested that I could have spoken to them first. But how could I if each question I had was not addressed until at least a week later followed with phone calls. If you can, find a professional surveyor.
