I requested a quotation for a solar panel system, whilst the response was extremely prompt it was unfortunately limited to the very basic of communication namely quoting only the price, there were no details of products to be supplied, lead times, guarantees and payment options. I do strive to "purchase locally" wherever possible and when Im spending a significant sum of money I expect a significant amount of service and attention. The level of responses I received were completely unprofessional. I can only assume they are extremely busy and do not need any further business as this is the attitude they convey. I have never in my life felt the need to write a bad review on any service I have received until now.

I've been trying to contact this Company since yesterday, it's supposed to be open 24/7, the staff must be Invisible then as I've never had an answer. Pathetic, that's RB Grant at their best right enough, untrustworthy, don't turn up on time or on the day stated, then put the blame on the person not being in which was not the case.
