First Class Service We asked Jeremy to undertake a full structural survey on a cottage we were considering purchasing. We chose this company because the cost was competitive and it offered the opportunity to be present while the survey was being done. We found this extremely helpful as Jeremy was able to talk to us at length about his findings - in a lot more detail than could be written in a report. He also gave us his views on how the cottage could be extended and modernised which was great. We appreciated the time that Jeremy was prepared to spend with us to answer our questions. The survey took place very soon after our initial enquiry - on a Friday and we received the report on the following Monday. Very professional and friendly at a competitive price. JRT was helpful in the run up to getting the survey: quick quotation and lead time in completing the survey. The document he produced was also informative and of a good quality. We were advised that JRT would be able to provide advice following the survey too. However when we needed it, JRT was impossible to get hold of, not answering our emails or phone calls. We managed to catch him on the phone once, when he promised to get back to us asap. We heard nothing and eventually gave up. This was really disappointing service, especially as our query was so small and merely relating to his expert opinion on potential flooding at the property we were purchasing. In summary, if you only want a survey for a good price, JRT is good. If you're expecting a good level of service overall however with a little advice after, then paying a bit extra with another company may be beneficial.

i had some issues with a bad landlord who was ignoring the condition of her property . Rees Thomas Did An Amazing work and honest report .. very effective work .. the next day , all was ready .. i have also receive the report via the post .very handy to be honest ..
