Scott was professional, informative and very knowledgeable about the task he was doing. He explained everything in detail including options and prices of the procedures that needed doing which included a full drain and flush of the aging heating system and a few new parts etc. All done as promised and on time. Scott answered any questions that I had which gave me confidence that the job would be done right. He even gave advice on how a new heating system would be installed which we are hoping to do in the spring. We will he using Scott for this installation as we are confident on it being done properly. Highly recommended.

Scott provided an exceptional example of how a tradesman should conduct their business. Thoroughly professional in every way. Communication throughout the job meant we understood exactly what was going on and he was clear in explaining the issues and how it could be solved as well as providing solutions with different costs. He was efficient and on time and retained a perfect manor while completing the work. Advice was given to us on how we can better look after our boiler and keep costs down.
