Ken Webb5 StarFrom our first contact with Reid Building Limited, the owner Paul Reid instilled confidence regarding the extensive works he had been asked to tender for.
3 quotes were obtained, and Reid were both the lowest and offered the best timeframe for completion.
Very little disruption to the occupied family quarters during the stripping out and refurbishment of the very neglected single storey was done with care and attention to detail.
As always there were extras over and above the schedule, dry rot, the need to install an underground gas main and roof leaks etc. Yet the completion date was met and costs were within budget!
That was phase 1. Phase 2 was to build a small extension, this was done in the same manner, minimal disruption, on time and within budget.
Phase 3 is due to begin, very extensive external works to driveway, paths and perimeter.
Every step of the way, consultation has been first class, Paul and his team of tradespeople have gone the extra mile. Any issues met along the way have been dealt with quickly and responsibly.
Reid became our builder of choice and is very highly recommended.Tuesday 3rd January 2023
