What a fabulous professional company🙂 Communications were excellent from day one The initial visit to my mums house was prompt, a very friendly Steve was dealing with my nervous mum as I live in London Bless her my mum had already had two plumbers that day call and let’s say they were all an embarrassment to the trade, scratching their heads and offering no help whatsoever plus had the nerve to charge her for petrol money for coming out to view However Steve arrived and save s the day - he came out that very same day even though he was busy For sure he certainly delivered an excellent service in all,he did. He instantly made my mum feel as ease that very same day knowing she was an old lady, home alone needing help sooner rather than later 😀 That same day he then phoned me in London with a full update and proposal of what her issues were and options she had. Needless to say just one week later the job is done and my mum is delighted with both the excellent service and professional workmanship👍 Very rare you get tradesman today that truly deliver an excellent job together with a warm, friendly and timely manner HOWEVER Richard McLane Gas Services are truly the BEST👍 Huge thanks for your amazing help and making my elderly mum a very happy customer ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Sublime service! This company has been looking after our gas boiler for years, rarely has there been any problems, which were quickly corrected. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
