He always looks after his clients so well, always turns up as agreed, carries out the work to the highest of standards and uses the best quality materials. We waited for Richard and worked with his schedule (he is understandably busy and in demand), however Richard kept us informed of his schedule and plans at all times. Richard worked hard and was always punctual, keeping us fully updated on prgress (and any challenges), Richard also gave professional guidance on future preventative maintenance that we can undertake. The finished work is precisely what we hoped for, and precisely what Richard promised. We are delighted with the end result.
