So incredibly impressed with the work Rich has carried out on our 19th century cottage. We had originally been told that in order to carry out the work we wanted we would have to lose our en suite bathroom. Several other builders had seen the drawings and simply quoted on the job. When we met with Rich however, he was determined to find a way to still carry out the work needed but keeping the en suite. He worked hard to come up with a great solution to our dilemma, bringing in another architect for a second opinion and bingo! It worked! And we are SO grateful. Not only that but he looked for ways to make sure we kept within our budget and timeframe and has maintained all the character that we love. No mean feat! He is always very quick to respond to any questions, no matter how small, and is always so personable. Thank you Rich, we could not be happier! We will definitely be coming back to you for the next job!

I have no hesitation in recommending Rich after he turned our 3 bedroom house into a 4 bed. He was super responsive throughout, professional, tidy, stuck to a tight schedule, accommodating of a dozen additional requests and a great problem solver. I am absolutely delighted with the results and will certainly be calling him again for any future.

Over the years I've seen my family hire a range of trades for various jobs, me included, to only end up having a bit of a torrid time and wishing we'd done it ourselves. Consequently I was a bit nervous about finding the 'right' person for our extension...not something I could turn my hand to! After searching and meeting a few people I still wasn't overly enthused...so did one last search and found Rich. It was the best decision I made...until I chose him for our job of course! That was the ultimate best decision! From the outset and throughout he listened to us, resolving and settling any concerns we had through his clear understanding and knowledge of his profession. There were some minor issues, which is to be expected with any building work, but he was responsive and focused on how to solve them. I couldn't have asked for more. He has been a delight and I wouldn't hesitate to have him back for any future work. I would highly recommend him - you won't be disappointed. Rich - thank you so much for restoring my faith in the building industry.

Richard has done a number of different jobs for us and I have always been impressed with the standard of his work- which is why I have had him back a number of times over the years. He will think through what he has been asked to do, and carries out the tasks with a perfectionist eye. Considerate customer service.
