David Roach5 StarHad a mould inspection today by Craig who came over as a thorough professional at his job. I was concerned that my small bedroom had rising damp or similar but wasn't as serious as I had anticipated. The consultation was first-class expertise, knowledge and in plain man's non-technical speak. On Craig's recommendation I have initially went for a medium-term solution. James Ross5 StarHaving discovered woodworm in large bedroom floor and landing at the top of the stairs. NLC inspector authorised Richardson & Starling to treat floor joist then replace all the floorboards. On Monday 4 April, 2022, work was begun by Scott and William. The appropriate warning signage was placed outside the front door, the stair carpets were covered to minimise dust and debris damage, the old floorboards were removed as soon as they were lifted and the majority of the new floorboards fitted all in one day. Next day, work was completed within a couple of hours. Scott and William cleaned up after them leaving us very little to do. Very professional, quality workmanship and work completed within three weeks of first reporting the issue, excellent customer service. Thank you.Tuesday 5th April 2022
