I wanted to update my main bathroom to a wet room and turn a small box room with a sloping ceiling into an additional bathroom. I felt I needed an specialist bathroom designer to help me through the process with advice on the choice of fittings and materials as well as technical aspects, particularly as the new bathroom had to fit in a restricted space. Ripples Senior designer Kerri was very knowledgeable and helpful, not to mention patient with my procrastinations about tiles and colours. She was extremely thorough in all aspects of the design and made some good suggestions that have worked out really well. I felt very confident that I would be getting a bathroom that's practical as well as looking great. I now have two stylish bathrooms that are a pleasure to use.

Fantastic design and great products. Zak listened to what we wanted and then added his own flair. Excellent end result with a luxurious and stylish bathroom that everyone comments on. The after service was great too - with Ripples visiting several times during the installation. Can't fault anything about this experience!

Don’t bother booking a virtual consultation; even though they confirm, they won’t ring despite you arranging your day around it, and when you contact them they won’t have a clue what you’re talking about. No apology, unprofessional and sounded like they couldn’t care less! hugely off-putting. Guess they don’t need the business!

This was the most awful company I have ever dealt with. Paid in full for 2 bathrooms and a cloakroom. We were left without working bathrooms for months as the products were not ordered. They ended up supplying and fitting the wrong shower tray and enclosure. Fed nothing but lies; no apologies, and no one cares. I had to take over the management of the projects myself. Very nearly had to take them to court. I honestly cannot emphasise enough how much to avoid this company.
