Do not buy anything from this incompetent company! I bought a new build property which is an absolute shambles, the whole house is like the house that jack built. The numerous failings of faulty boilers, doors that don't fit and bathroom tiles that move can be overlooked but the major failing was a severe health hazzard and completely inconceivable. A soil pipe was never connected leaving it open ended to flood into my house footings .My house was flooded with raw sewarge for 6 months before they attempted to fix anything. I had to move back out of the property as it was uninhabitable. The property then had a fly infestation all belongings were destroyed. Rivermouth have failed to show any interest or offer any form of compensation. The house was not built to plan, has numerous ongoing faults and Rivermouth cease to care, return calls/emails or show any form of remorse. Once they have your money they're gone. Do not trust this company.

Appalling, dreadful. The development is only 8 houses and every one of them has various issues rising from appalling workmanship to complete and utter incompetence and dangerous for anyone to live in. We have been in our house almost 18 months and still trying to get things sorted out which Rivermouth refuse to speak to us about, which is quite cowardly. They are happy to take your money in exchange for terrible work, incorrect work and just dangerous in some areas. We are now going to the local press and a solicitor as we are at the end of our tether with this. DO NOT PURCHASE THE LAST REMAINING HOUSE FOR SALE HERE OR ANYTHING FROM THEM!

Terrible experience from these people. Delayed our completion date by over a year. Yes, a full year, they built the Empire State Building in less time. After a year they decided not to finish the project as promised. I wouldn't buy a house from these people, their work and attitude stinks!
