stephen ritchie5 StarI was very delighted with every aspect of my dealings with Robin Austin Surveyors. The office staff were friendly and helpful and all arrangements prior to the survey were made simply and efficiently.
I was buying a 1900 victorian cottage and opted for a building survey. The 36 page report was highly detailed but very readable. It allowed me to make informed decisions regarding a wide range of repair work which I could then discuss with specialist contractors at a later date. The report also gave excellent guidance and advice regarding how best to keep the property in a good condition. I spoke at length with Robin having received the report and he was very happy to answer any questions I had. He also gave me a great deal of professional advice regarding how best to proceed which gave me a lot of reassurance.
