You would think like I used to that they can't compete price wise with your toolstation b and q etc. You'd be wrong. Generally they sell to trade people where reputation is very important. If you want a tap or a bath or whatever. They'll sell you something thats tried and tested and they don't keep getting comebacks on. You'll get something comparable in price but far superior quality.
