Ronnie was out and quoted my drive way for me and was great very polite, always on time, was even great with my daughter who was always out wanting to see what he was up to (she is only 3 and very nosey) safe to say he got the job was started and finished quick and to a high standard. While he was there I got him to look in to a problem I had been having for a while with regard to damp. He told me exactly what was wrong and gave me a price that was a fraction of the price of anyone else I had out to look at it. Installed a brand new damp proof course and supplied a dehumidifier to help dry property. With in a week my problem was gone. Also offered a 15 year guarantee with the work for piece of mind. Would highly recommend and will be contacting him with all my future work. Thanks again ronnie.

this guy done some damp proof course to the house as well as few other jobs on the list. Didn't complete the jobs and took money half way thru finishing all the jobs (cash) with no receipt given and never ever came back to complete. Ignoring all phone calls, letters and emails. Absolute COWBOY BUILDER or so called builder. Not to be trusted and WOULD NOT recommend to anyone. Have had a few more builders in and the damp proofing has not been done in the correct manner, completely failed. If this guy says he will forward on DPC certificate, its a sham.

I Had problems with damp on an internal wall...Ronnie was very helpful and Installed a new damp-course which has fixed the problem...Ronnie also did some pointing work for us and I Highly recommend him to anyone and will use him again in the future.
