Mandy Allibone5 StarI have been looking for a property to rent in the Peterborough location and I feel I must let other renters know that if you are looking for a helpful, informative and positive experience, you cannot do better than speak to Rosedale. So many agencies treat renters in a careless manner as there are so many applicants for each property but Rosedale really try to help and treat you as an individual. Although I have yet to find a property, I am sure that Rosedale will be the agent I finally rent through as they have the personal touch. Kay L1 StarI think landlords as well as tenants need to be aware of how shoddy this place is. Only do viewings until 4.45 as they have to drive home! Crazy when most working people work 9-5 so would need to view post 5pm!! I was told various lies and had a viewing cancelled at the last minute although it had been booked for 6 days, then went on a viewing and said yes I would like to go ahead and was told oops someone just paid a deposit! Sounds like children answering the calls! They have no idea what they are talking about. Nobody seems to know what they are talking about, like I said I have been told various lies in the 3 weeks that I have been trying to chase them for a viewing! Absolute sugar show! I wouldn’t ever rent through them after what’s been demonstrated in the last few weeks! I was told the tenant wouldn’t allow a viewing, then I was told there have been loads of viewings, at one point I was told there was only one viewing before me, then told there had been several already, then told they thought the tenant was still there and then told the tenant wouldn’t allow viewings, although the tenant had left …although there had been a lot!!!
