We continue to represent leading financial institutions and private clients alike and have undertaken some fifty thousand inspections on residential and commercial buildings.

Would highly recommend Roy McClure Associates. They were efficient and thorough, and their customer service has been amazing. I was buying on my own, with little knowledge of home maintenance, and Gary took the time to answer all my queries and explained everything in a really accessible way. We are so glad we chose Roy McClure Associates for our structural survey. It was really easy to arrange and Gary rang us with a summary as soon as it was done. His report followed very quickly afterwards and was extremely thorough and clear. We were able to then have a long phone call going over all our queries and Gary's patience with our endless questions was very much appreciated. Gary made it clear that the service did not end there and that he was here to support us throughout the transaction. This proved such a comfort as, when we received information from the searches that we had questions about, Gary was so responsive and happy to help us understand it all. We would have been lost without his advice!
