I am so impressed with the efficiency of the customer service team!! I purchased a toilet for an on suite we were installing a year and a half ago. For one reason or another we did not get around to doing it until now. We had the toilet stored until then. Once it came to installation we found we kept getting a leak from the toilet. We thought we’d solved it but still more leaks . It wasn’t until we turned it over we realized there’s a hairline crack running right along it. When contacting Royal bathroom’s regarding this they were so helpful! They offered us a replacement once they’d viewed the photos we sent to them. We no longer needed a replacement so they gave us a refund. So swift with responding to every email even on a bank holiday. Thank you so much. I highly recommend them

This company offer outstanding customer service! A part broke on our shower enclosure door and despite the fact that it was over 2 years old Royal Bathrooms sent us not one but 4 replacements by courier the very next day. We would have purchased the parts considering that they were no way near still under warranty but Royal sent us them FOC. I highly recommend this company and would use them again without a shadow of doubt! Top Class!

Shower Tray arrived smashed in two and shower screen was missing, rest of the order seems to be fine. Royal Bathrooms were apologetic and money for missing / damaged items returned in a couple of days. Wouldn't put me off ordering from them again as accidents can happen. * Point to note though, if you don't already do this, take pictures of items BEFORE you unload the pallet and as you unload.
