Sandra Lyons5 StarI ventured into the purchase of two new Bathrooms back in April and happily waited until 5 weeks ago for install one after the other. Firstly my Disabled Daughters Wet Room, followed straight after by my en suite. I must confess to feeling incredibly nervous despite the fantastic care and communication from Andy in the Showroom. It really wasn't necessary, they have been here for 5 weeks and I have never come across such professionalism in my life (I work in the Building Industry myself). The whole process from start to finish was pure joy and Dave and Dylan the installers were so fantastic and kept me fully informed at every stage despite a few issues (caused by the building) which they overcame with great big smiley faces and lots of laughs. I work 3 days a week so just left them with a key to get on with it. So 5 weeks later, all finished just after lunch and I must confess that I had a little tear when they left. Absolutely Superb, Stress Free (for me) Job. Thank you so very, very much.Monday 11th October 2021

Roy Turnb5 Stardone a great job with my bathroom ensuite in our bungalow. Andy in particular very polite and friendly, and got back to me throughout the entire process almost instantly. The installers were clean, experienced, polite and on time. They tided up brilliantly too! I'd recommend RSF to anyone looking to have a bathroom makeover and updated to the 21st century like ours! We ordered a beautiful set of Axor taps in store and delivery has just arrived (3 days before it was supposed to on Monday!). The taps are stunning and they have some very quality brands.
