Great service, called about a boiler issue. They tried to get somebody out that day but they were very busy. Got a call saying they could not make it but someone would be there at 08:30 the next day and true to there word they where.

Nearly two months ago I asked Rubicer for a quote to do my bathroom floor to a wet room. Since then I am waiting for a quote, every week they say excuses how busy they are and had no time to do my q. Every week they say ok we will call you on Friday with a quote and never do it. Then I call them to see whats happening they dont answer. Text them had reply one time that they will call in the afternoon they never did. Called again no answer. Send messages no answer. The only option to speak to someone is to go to their shop, when you will get another promise that in the next few days you will get the quote but you will actually never get it. This is not professional at all. Waste of customers time. Never mind that I was prommised samples to choose what floor I want, but never got this as well. They keep saying that there are people that need urgent jobs done and they prioritised this people. So the matter that I have 6 months old baby and had a flood from my shower and need this bathroom done so I can do the destroyed ceiling downstairs it is not an urgent job. What I think is that they priorities are jobs that will be easy to be done, jobs that involve buying shower, toilet, pannels from their shop so they can make even more money from you install and fix that quick and then move to another job instead of doing a bathroom like mine that involve a bit more work making the floor water tight and not buying any additional bathroom furniture ext. If I can I would leave 0 stars but 1 is the minimum. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT YOUR JOB TO BE DONE. Dont make my mistake of trusting them that you will get a quote and wait every Friday for it.
