Could not be more happy with every single person at RWJ Northwest Limited. You can see from our before and after pictures what an incredible job they've done at transforming our house. It's brought light and space to the property without extending. Our family was very separated by the original layout and now we can enjoy each others company, whilst also having our own breakout spaces. Every single person who's worked on the project has been kind, polite, and in the words of our eldest, funny. We're thrilled to have the home we needed but genuinely sad to be saying goodbye to them all. You couldn't pick anyone better to do your work.

RWJ recently complete a single story rear extension on our house in Penwortham. RWJ managed the whole build from start to finish. This involved the removal of an old conservatory, construction of the new extension from below ground level up including reworked services, the removal of structural walls from the existing property and a full internal fit out (kitchen, WC, flooring, wall finishes & woodwork). From initial contact Rob, Damian and their team were consummate professionals with a timely site visit and quote to the final finishing of the job, there was no fault in the way they conducted themselves. Nothing was ever to much trouble and if we ever contacted them for any information a speedy reply was always received. The team working for RWJ are highly skilled and managed to work extremely well to the none standard brief. We were kept informed of what progress we should expect and they were always happy to explain what was happening and the processes involved. Working through difficult circumstances with Covid issues and problems with the supply of certain materials, the team did a good job to keep progress happening in order to achieve the desired outcome. This did cause a none standard build schedule over a 17 week period but this hasn’t had any effected on the quality of the end product. A number of subcontractors were brought to site for specific tasks such as electrics, plastering and plumbing. The work they completed was also to a high standard and they listened to our needs and worked to them. The final finish is superb and we are extremely happy with the quality of workmanship that we have received. Thank you to all of the team for their work on the project but especially to Damian and Ste for all their the extra effort they put in to complete the end stages of the build to our exact requirements.

Rob and his team did a great job in making a new window opening for us. The lintel and sill matched the existing stonework perfectly. Good contact with Rob throughout, reliable and top workmanship. Very much recommended and wouldn’t hesitate to get work done by them in future.

Rob and the team are currently completing a 2 storey extension. I have found all the team to be professional and work is being done to a high standard. Rob keeps me informed throughout, nothing seems too much trouble and I have been impressed with every aspect of the work undertaken so far. All the team are approachable and from my experience have gone above and beyond! Highly recommend!!

RWJ NW recently constructed a single story extension to the rear of my property. Build even came in a little under budget which was a bonus! Rob and Damian made sure their lads were on point. All machinery, equipment and materials were onsite at the start of the project so no delays. Tidied up any mess they made straight away. The only complaint I have is the amount of tea bags we went through over that week! Your work and professionalism is massively appreciated, can highly recommend.
