Steve has always been very responsive and fast to resolve anything that crops up and takes responsibility to get any issues sorted (In my case not through his own doing but with the boiler manufacturer). He found what caused the leak and gave a full explanation of what had caused the leak and talked through how he was repairing the leak. He worked in a tidy fashion and cleared up after him.
