I struck lucky with Steve. Not everyone has the attitude towards their job that by it's very nature ticks the boxes that give you confidence the work - is to be perfect, competently carried out, safe, well priced, well informed, and the literal "with excellent workmanship". I've had plenty of work done in my home on various things (including previous boiler replacements). Steve stands out. He was on time. He made all my options clear. Explained things in an easy way. Was swift in responding to any queries or assistance I needed. There was no hard sell. - I got what I needed and am very confident that my boiler replacement will be of lasting quality. He's in my address book and if I need a plumber ever again, I no longer have the trouble of trying to find a good one. Give him a whirl. I doubt you'd regret it.

Contacted Steve over the weekend following local plumber search. By Monday morning he had reviewed the job, sourced parts and removed and capped the 2 radiators we wanted rid of. Quick job, tidied up after works and had no issues. Will use in future for any other plumbing related works.

Steve is reliable, has clear and transparent pricing and always keeps you informed with what's happening. He once abandoned his Sunday dinner when our carbon monoxide alarm was beeping...it turned out to be a false alarm but Steve's response has ensured a customer for life.
