I booked for boiler service and hotwater tank heater change asked £200. Same day on appointment I asked that heater is just£29 and boiler service u charging £79 and just for change the heater u asking rest that’s not understandable so all that’s the question and all of sudden started raising the voice and Very disrespectful, like I know him he raising his tune and talking to me that’s something his guy needs to learn how to respect and also started sending text on what’s app with full of thrash and rudeness which is not acceptable for anyone I would advise who ever reading comments just go for some who is gentlemen not the arrogant and disrespectful please

Mixed bag. Called them a couple times. Quick free assessment was good. Assessment seemed honest. Pricing for service was medium-high. Workmanship seemed okay, the finish could be better. Didn't finish installing thermostat and didn't come back when they said they would.

Really disappointed with the work done and service received from this cow boy Plumber sajid safdar,we paid him £4500 for the installation of a new electric combi boiler central heating system but he made our project very painful and unfortunately he never fulfilled any promises he made,very unprofessional and rude when I asked him to provide me with the receipt and boiler installation certificate , made few appointments with him but never turned up ,made him full payment before completion of work and he changed his behaviour straight away ,very poor work and service received ,at the end sent him 3 legal letters to get the boiler safety certificate but he never provided receipts of payments.i must say if anyone thinking to give him any big project think few times again use some proper company as he's only one man company who will ruine your money and time. Any problems please call consumer rights help line and trading standards. They will help you.
