Jamie was polite, helpful and did a through job of servicing my boiler. He also helped to install my Hive home heating and told me to contact Sage if everything wasn't working properly. So good to have a tradesman who smiled and let me know he was running late. I would definitely use this company again, I liked their ethos.

We had trouble with our kitchen drain and we were trying to get a hold of a plumber for a few days now. Today, we called Sage plumbing and Carlos C. was able to come in the span of just a few hours. He thoroughly unblocked the drain, checked if it was working again, made sure there were no other problems in the flat, gave advice for the future and during all of this was extremely nice, helpful and professional. I’m very happy with this service and my clean drain. Thank you so much Carlos!

My boiler broke down one evening. I found Sage Plumbing and heating thanks to the Gas Registered postcode search. I called them and they were very responsive and came to visit my flat the following day. They ran some tests and found out that my 10yo boiler had at least two parts which were about to break down completely. The pump and the heat exchange were overheating and would need changing. After further discussion, I decided to completely change the boiler. Andres and his engineer Carlos came to install the new boiler very promptly, checked everything for me, drained the radiators, ran all the tests to make sure everything was ok. They installed a magnet filter to avoid rust going back into my boiler (which was not fitted originally on my old boiler). All in all, they were kind, professional, helpful, gave me great advice. They also sent me a whole job report with photos and explanation of everything that had been installed and conducted. I will definitely stick with them, even for my annual service. I'll switch from British Gas to them as I think we're getting a way better and personal service and follow-up.
