Don't use, agreed to come out by then cancelled after I called them when they didn't arrive. Apparently they decided traffic was too heavy. Because the left it so late I had to wait until the Monday to get someone else out. in response to the reply - if you don't turn up when it has been arranged, and when called (after the agreed time) then decide to cancel the callout with the excuse of traffic you are not reliable and therefore cannot be recommended
